The Challenge

Launching WHOOP’s most advanced platform yet meant orchestrating a complex, multi-layered rollout. Three new membership tiers, two new devices, and a suite of feature innovations needed to land as one clear, compelling story. With dozens of channels and stakeholders involved, the challenge was creating cohesion without slowing momentum.

The Solution

Embedded within the creative team, the role focused on scaling execution across channels while protecting narrative clarity. Social, paid media, PR, lifecycle, wholesale, print, and apparel were aligned under a cohesive launch system, allowing the launch communications to show up consistently at every touchpoint.

The campaign’s look and feel centered on pairing in-app UI with lifestyle photography. Interface moments were layered into real-world performance scenarios, transforming feature callouts into immersive visual storytelling. The result was a flexible system that highlighted innovation while reinforcing everyday usability.
